Every story needs a hero and a villain

Perhaps they are even the same character

It then becomes all about the hero’s journey

Character acting her way through life

Anyone who knew her would find out they didn’t really know her

She was that good at putting on a performance

The only thing that was real was her curtain call

Ordinarily, I would make an excuse

Or beg for your pardon

Perhaps even try to compensate you

So to break character I’ll just leave this out there

Pinky (an acrostic poem)

Perhaps being a megalomaniac isn’t the best character trait

It can be quite compulsive and destructive

Now if you can pull it off, it would be glorious

Knowing there is always a chance, maybe tomorrow…

You know, we will try to take over the world!
