Believing in one’s ability to control the machine, the button is pressed

Observing the fallacy of that confidence as the droid fails to do what was desired

Though in the end, the comradery and lessons learned far outweighed the disappointment

STEM encapsulates an ever beating heart and a spirit that will rise from the ashes of failure

You think you have planned for everything

Enabling you to take the future head on with confidence

Allowing you to say yes to your destiny

Useless (an acrostic poem)

Until her twenty-third birthday, Abagail thought she was special

She would walk around like the queen she knew she had to be

Everything changed when she met Chuck

Love left her vulnerable, lowered her confidence

Esteem shrunk under Chuck’s manipulative eye

Soon she was relegated to being just his wife and not his partner

She told herself it was for the best.  Otherwise, she would be ….

Let grace be the sun that rasises you up

Instilling in you a confidence of belonging

Verily I say this is your call to action

Enough of dead and the darkness

Devil in the details

Obfuscates the obvious

Undermines confidence

Belittles motivation

Till paralysis kicks in
