Swerve (an acrostic poem)

Swaying back and forth like a drunken sailor after riding out a hurricane

Wesley enjoyed the open mouth stares as he sauntered by

Everyone was sure something was wrong with him, and he liked it that way

Reactions like that were worth their weight in gold

Verifying that he made the correct choice of donning this particular persona

Everyone noticed him, but his partner picking their purses and pockets… not so much.

Counting up the points on my computer screen
Looking for the correct answers
It sometimes hurts to see their logic, it’s so broken
Can’t believe how creative they can be at other times
Killing me that I didn’t think of that first as I select their score and…

Bring on all that smoked pork awesomeness

And let me eat till I want to oink

Chaos (an acrostic poem)

Cacophony of past and future ideas

Hoarded on every flat surface of her office

A dizzying architecture of paperwork, books, and coffee mugs littered the officescape

Organized by randomness and curated by wild pixies

Still, she found the correct form in less than twenty seconds
