Carry On(an acrostic poem)

Cupped hands holding all the ideas I had

And I am running to find the places they all need to be planted

Reaching my first destination, I try to plant just one idea

Really screw up and most tumble through my fingers to infertile ground. Devastating!

Yet after a period of mourning I rush on, and something miraculous happens. My hands refill!

Oh if I knew ideas would repopulate I would not have been so careful in the beginning

Now you know. Rush and let your ideas scatter, and wait to see what awesomeness grows!

Found (an acrostic poem)

Floundering in the fog, looking for anything familiar

Overhead the moon peers down, but she can’t see me

Unable to get my bearings I just decide a direction and march

Nearer to a destination, come what may

Determined to discover where I have been hiding

My Brain Dump (an acrostic poem)

Musings I needed to write

Yearning to go to sleep, I throw this out there

Believing in yourself and trusting your inner voice

Rarely will steer you wrong

Ask the questions that need answers

Inscribe on your soul the names of your loved ones

Never sell yourself short

Determine your guiding star and follow it

Until you reach your destination

Maintain due diligence on the world around you

Push your limits to grow your boundaries
