Bedlam (an acrostic poem)

Bonkers, it’s absolutely bonkers I say.”

Everything is in turmoil?”

Double turmoil, with a cherry on top and a fireball whiskey chaser!”

Let’s calm down for a moment.  What happened?”

All I can say is it involves a fish, a poleaxe, and two large bottles of ammonia.”

Maybe it’s best if I don’t know.  I don’t want to go to jail!”

The fish swarmed the small net.

Until that moment, Charlie was not that popular of a fish

Now they were Charlie’s army.  They swarmed in and swam with all their might

And the net snapped, allowing all of them to carry off Charlie as the music swelled

So you think you’re a real big deal?

Perhaps you’re right, but to me you are just meh

Love to hear that?  Well get used to it

As you can’t seem to find the words to express yourself

So tell me princess, do you like feeling like you’re a fish out of water?
