Lame (an acrostic poem)

Limping into work, Liza felt crappy

As she got to her desk she got a call that she needed to go to HR

Manager there told her she was being let go because of an inappropriate joke

Eventually, she stumbled home, physically, mentally, and emotionally…

Dreading what it might mean, Buck headed to HR

It didn’t make him feel any better that his supervisor told him not to worry

Reality was Buck was unsure of how much he wanted to be working there

Everything might be for the best if they canned him
