Never sang in front of more than a couple dozen people before

Evert could feel his legs try to quiver with just the mere thought of the packed concert hall

Ready and waiting for him to come on stage and open his mouth to let those songs free

Vivian smiled warmly as she straitened his collar.  “You’ve got this.”

Oh, he got something all right.  Got to go to the bathroom that is.

Under the harsh bathroom light, he looked himself in the eye and thought..

So what was it going to be?  That’s when he threw up.

Song (an acrostic poem)

Sounds dancing harmoniously within her soul

Oozing the gospel of the human experience like the sweat dripping from her pores

Never missing the beat of her nervous heart

Giving a moment that connected all dots, all the people, all the experiences

Costume (an acrostic poem)

Clothing makes the man they say

Or in his case, they allowed him to blend in

So that the prey around him didn’t recognize predator in their midst

Though they would be nervous as if they could see through his disguise

Undercover he enjoyed taking his time

Meticulously picking his next victim

Enjoying the chaos he left in his wake

Decisions (an acrostic poem) part 9

Deciding to take on his grisly task

Everything began to fall into place

Considering how easy it was to plan to kill someone

If there was ever a catch, it was how to dispose of the body

Someone was almost always going to find it

It was important to make that task difficult though

Only Mike didn’t want to make it too difficult

No need for his blackmailer to get nervous and go public

Sighing, Mike got into his car to head out3

Share (an acrostic poem) Arise part 2

Sarah eventually got her group to her cabin on the mountain

Her cache of weapons were gone though, and that made her nervous

As she looked over the clearing, Sarah wondered where the thieves had gone

Reaching for her pistol, she called out for two of her group to follow

Everyone had to pull their weight, but Sarah wondered for how long
