Compass (an acrostic poem)

Curt was looking for direction

Order out of the chaos surrounding his life

Maybe a change of scenery to give him a fresh perspective

Perhaps a new way of life altogether

As an answer to his prayers, the flashing lights pulled him over

Since that arrest warrant was still active

Soon he would have his wish

Debut (an acrostic poem)

Danny watched as the curtain went up on opening night

Everything should run smoothly.  They had rehearsed it for months

But not five minutes in a rope broke and part of the scenery randomly changed

Unveiling the plot twist that no one knew they were not expecting

There goes the five star reviews!
