Couldn’t spend his money fast enough

So when he went to check out, he was short the amount needed
He looked to his mom. She sighed and pulled out her credit card. Happy birthday?

Slurping a liquid hug
On a cold gray dreary day
Uplifts her spirits, and she sighed contentedly
Perhaps she would be lucky and tomorrow be gloomy again

Levi giggled at all the fun he was having
Everyone else just sighed and mumbled
And that made Levi giggle even more
No one is too old to play in the mud, not even octogenarians!
