Laugh (an acrostic poem)

Little giggles slipped from his lips

As she bent over into a full belly guffaw

Under the withering gaze of the priest, they tried to compose themselves

Guests looked aghast and that sent the couple into another fit of snickers

How come everyone didn’t get the joke of “Till death do us part.”

Shout (an acrostic poem)

Standing firm in what he knew he needed to do, oblivious of physical demands

He loudly proclaimed his message of doom to all those that would hear

Obviously ignoring to the snickers and rude comments of the passers-by

Unable to understand why his message did not find fertile soil

The stain on his trousers spoke louder.
