Looking at the arrow of time, he felt that it was wrong. It didn’t explain his bouts of DeJa’Vu.

Oh, that’s why he had spent so much of his life putting together this machine from those moments.

Only did he have the balls to press the button and see what would happen?

Pushing it he winked out of time.  When he woke up he had a feeling he should make a time machine…

Never was he farther away physically from her

Every day he felt that emptiness when he woke up

And no matter how many times he got to call her, it was never enough

Reaching his decision, he booked his flight.  Money is great, but being there was priceless

Quitting the task had never crossed his mind

Unless you counted when he woke up, most of the time during the day, and just before sleeping

Every moment he thought about stopping he somehow found the will to finish it

So when that music in his head announced he was finally done, he let out a sigh of relief

That was short-lived since he realized all he had been doing was just a side…

As she woke up, she wondered what happened

Lights were still out, her spouse still asleep next to her

Everything seemed right, but there was something wrong

Reaching for her phone, she turned on the flashlight

There by the door was… nothing. She had a hard time falling back to sleep

Watching the earth becoming flat

Or learning how the man on the grassy knoll also killed Biggie Smalls

Knowing Pizzagate was true, but the New World Order covered it up

Eventually, all the rest of you sleepers will be….
