Big numbers eventually become small

If you zoom out far enough

Leaving the sense of wonder behind

Like when you’re little, 100 was so big, then a thousand

It boggles the mind at how small those numbers are now

Only by adding zeroes can the awe be added back in

Now what is a big number for you?

  1. Seriously!!
Numbers look smaller as we grow bigger.
I thought one dollar was a lot.
Now would love plenty more zeroes.
    Brilliant writing! 🙂
